We want you to love your CALPAK products, so we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place your unused items in their original box with all tags attached and securely affix the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
